Arch Meetings moved to weekly at 1500 UTC/8am PT
Hi all, In yesterday’s Architecture Meeting, the group decided that the alternating schedule was creating too much confusion for attendees, and that we needed to meet weekly until 1.0 is released. The 1500UTC/8am PT time was deemed more convenient for majority than the 00UTC/5pm PT time, so the Architecture Committee meetings will now be weekly, Mondays at 1500UTC/8am PT. This time isn’t perfect for everyone, so thanks in advance for pulling a late night/early morning if you’re someone adversely affected by the change. (Obligatory “time zones are difficult” comment!) Both the Google calendar and iCal on the website have been changed to reflect the new time and frequency. Cheers, Anne Bertucio OpenStack Foundation anne@openstack.org | irc: annabelleB
Can I be added to the Google calendar events? On Tue, Apr 17, 2018 at 10:13 Anne Bertucio <anne@openstack.org> wrote:

Anyone should be able to add the events to their calendar (let me know if that’s not happening), but sent you an invite as well! Anne Bertucio OpenStack Foundation anne@openstack.org | irc: annabelleB

The calendar doesn't link on the homepage still seems to be the alternating biweekly schedule: https://goo.gl/5Gkd4A On Tue, Apr 17, 2018 at 10:23 AM, Anne Bertucio <anne@openstack.org> wrote:

Didn’t apply it retroactively so if you thumb through April 23 and beyond, it should be at 8am PT (the working committee is still alternating). Let me know if that’s not what you’re seeing. Anne Bertucio OpenStack Foundation anne@openstack.org | irc: annabelleB
