Thanks Sunny.
I've added a few fixes to the doc along with some new questions at the end.
Please could others tal: the Kata survey is the community's opportunity to get some direct feedback from users on Kata's general direction and perception. It's therefore imperative that we make the survey useful and meaningful for users and us, so get polishing! ;)

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working with a few folks on updating the Kata Containers User Survey. Before we make any changes on the current user survey, I’d like to open the floor to the everyone from the community and see if anyone else has suggestions on changes for the user survey.
If there are any changes you’d like to suggest, please add your name, email and suggestions in the etherpad below, so I can follow up with you if there are any questions.

Please, use https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cgZBzsgd4LufqttBiuK-8XdAgp06C_plSB5T9UNn... <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cgZBzsgd4LufqttBiuK-8XdAgp06C_plSB5T9UNn_Ro/edit> instead. The reason for using GDocs is adding an easy way to make suggestions to the current survey, which the etherpad doesn't fully provide (and then things can get confusing way too fast).
