[kata-dev] Plan for organizing the kata issue backlog - updates 11th August 2020

Hi everyone.
We have set another backlog review meeting for this Tuesday since not much
progress was done last week.
Out of the bucket of issues opened this year as "bugs" with "need-info"
flags and no PRs (111 open issues
these are the *kata community members who have 3 or more issues opened by

   - Jose Carlos Venegas Munoz <https://github.com/jcvenegas> (11 open
   - GabyCT <https://github.com/GabyCT> (11 open issues
   - Fupan Li <https://github.com/lifupan> (5 open issues
   - Peng Tao <https://github.com/bergwolf> (5 open issues
   - Julio Montes <https://github.com/devimc> (5 open issues
   - Salvador Fuentes <https://github.com/chavafg> (4 open issues
   - James O. D. Hunt <https://github.com/jodh-intel> (3 open issues
   - Penny <https://github.com/Pennyzct> (3 open issues

For those who appear on the list, It would be great if you could review
these issues (follow the process described below) so on Tuesday we can
focus on the rest of the issues in this bucket.
