[kata-dev] CFP Open Until January 23, Open Infrastructure Summit in Denver

Friendly reminder - *Tomorrow, Jan 23*, is the CFP deadline for the Open Infrastructure Summit. We want to have a solid showing for Kata there, so please get your talks submitted!
