Closing ML posting to non-subscribers
Hi all, The kata-dev email address is getting out in the world as we pick up more steam, and sadly that means more spam (although I hope everyone got all the shipping containers they needed—in any color!—a few weeks ago). The current settings are that anyone can send a post to the mailing list, no need to be subscribed. We typically don’t have this on our other mailing lists, and I’d like to turn it off unless there’s any strong objections. Anyone can still subscribe at lists.katacontainers.io <http://lists.katacontainers.io/> and archives are publicly viewable, just limiting the ability to post. Hi all,
The kata-dev email address is getting out in the world as we pick up more steam, and sadly that means more spam (although I hope everyone got all the shipping containers they needed—in any color!—a few weeks ago).
The current settings are that *anyone* can send a post to the mailing list, no need to be subscribed. We typically don’t have this on our other mailing lists, and I’d like to turn it off unless there’s any strong objections.
Anyone can still subscribe at lists.katacontainers.io and archives are publicly viewable, just limiting the ability to post.
