Ahoy Kata citizens,

We've created two new groups, one called kata-containers/redhat, and one called kata-containers/power, in order to help triaging, debugging, and solving CI issues.

The "power" group should be pinged for CI failures (and other generic questions) related to PowerPC. The "redhat" group should be pinged for CI failures (and other generic questions) that are related to Red Hat products, such as: CentOS, CRI-O, Fedora, OpenShift, Podman, RHEL, VirtioFS.

Please, do not hesitate in looping in those groups!
