[kata-dev] Kata Containers Release 1.9.3 and 1.10.0-rc0

Hello Kata wizards, We have just release the latest stable 1.9.3 and cut RC 1.10.0-rc0. The 1.9.3 stable release includes quite a few bug fixes most importantly the firecracker fix for CVE-2019-18960. All users are recommended to upgrade. The 1.10.0-rc0 release candidate brings in even more changes, notably - cloud-hypervisor support - constraint kata host components at sandbox level - no more bridge network mode, tcfilter is the default network mode now - nemu support is removed We look forward to stabilizing it in the next few weeks.
