Please, use https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cgZBzsgd4LufqttBiuK-8XdAgp06C_plSB5T9UNn_Ro/edit
instead.
The reason for using GDocs is adding an easy way to make suggestions
to the current survey, which the etherpad doesn't fully provide (and
then things can get confusing way too fast).
