I don't know, but that would be an upgrade from my current wet noodle + pigeon carrier infrastructure (where I suspect they use a large fraction of dead pigeons to reduce costs).

That being said, my ISP seems to have changed something. Today, I'm consistently below 100ms, with blazingly fast streams of 40ms (OK, OK, don't laugh) and github is faster for me than it's ever been in the past couple of months. Unfortunately, it's also a day choke full of meetings. But I might sneakily try to do a review or two today out of sheer joy.
