[kata-dev] Slack Invite

If you make me an admin on the kata-containers account temporarily, I 
can take a look.  The tab we're looking for is just missing.  We do use 
webhooks but it seems like they got wiped out when we did the big pull 
request to merge into the kata-containers owned repo.
